What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with good people. Unfortunately, they are mistreated as much as I am by both management and corporate.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was more than half a decade ago when I could tell the managers that interviewed me and that I subsequently worked for at the time actually cared for me as a person.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I have never been more embarrassed by the company than I am today. We have sacrificed all quality strictly for quantity. Corporate structures the company to take from servers to pay cooks rather than paying them a fair wage themselves. You people are pathetic and should be ashamed of yourselves.
