Our FOH staff needs a team member to lead the way. We need a manager willing and confident to Manage our customer relations.
When it comes to promotional values, working your way up within the company, that is something every hourly employee looks forward to. When that is taken away by fraternizing, when hard work is looked over and standing on a phone is rewarded, something needs to change.
Leadership. At my current store, there is no leadership. The management "team" is lacking in the management part, but very familiar with the friendship part. Hard work goes unnoticed and friendship even if a work ethic is very poor, is rewarded. District management seems great, but a show is a show.
