I work with great people but because of the working conditions and environment everyone is stressed and it makes work stressful and unenjoyable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel undervalued. I gave my general manager a notice that I am leaving the company for another opportunity and she took me completely off the schedule and out of the system before I could work my notice.
