We've never had a meeting. Team is great management is horrible
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If we had a New GM I think it would boost the moral of the team
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was 15 years ago. In a building next door. I opened the store. It was thorough very nice people at first.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our GM always tells us he doesn't want to be there and never answers any questions, he said he was originally suppose to only be there for a while but that time has passed so he no longer cares
