What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
our staff is very kind and friendly and we all learned to REALLY work as a team and not make it a free for all deal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the only people that take leadership in my restaurant are the trainers and our kitchen manager are the only people that really take on the leadership and they do a better job than our FOH manager and general manager.
