
Customers think we are a joke. South Parker Chilis was one of the 1st to go to 100% and we consistently have to close tables because our staff is exhausted or the employees they treat like royalty chose to not show up again today.
My coworkers are going through the same thing that I am and we try our best to help each other out, but some of them end up working 8 days in a row doubles. I respect my coworkers, but not management for the most part.
Honestly to be treated like the 26 year old service industry professional that I strive to be on an everyday basis. Treating people like they have a life outside of Chilis would be nice and not disrespecting approved time off especially when it comes to kids would help.
