We pull together when management fails to help. We function on our own and make the most of a situation that no team member should have to
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That at least I know at best I will do my best to make the most of my day. Even though our pay has been made complicated and no incentive for those who out in the best effort.

We have zero management. We have zero staff. We have zero reason to want to come to work except for the hope of tips even our guest have become terrible. They come in with the mindset that they will have a free meal because of the image we’ve created that we comp everythi
