What are some of the best things about your team?

They work hard, most days. In order to create a successful and profitable team, all the individuals must share more than one common belief.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating with their subordinates or "under qualified" employees. Effectively and respectfully scheduling employees based on THEIR needs and the needs of the business. Understanding that heirarchy system in business is imperative to the survival of a business, long term. Finally, TRUST.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The most positive: the sense of family the "veteran" employees have created. 1 bartender, 2 servers, 3 cooks, and 1 manager. These employees understand change/can adapt well/and see each other for more than what separate them. THE LOCATION IN REFERENCE HAS MORE THAN 25 EMPLOYEES POST COVID ON PAYROL

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The ability to work more than 35 hours a week, on my terms and based on my availability. Feeling supported by management in comparison to feeling manipulated. MORE than 2.83 an hr. PLUS TIPS. CASH Tips are solely based on the moment and are influenced by environment, holidays/marketing strategies.
