I'd like it more if they interviewed more Cooks
I'm not really into the leadership team because they don't know what's going on at the restaurant and the way they make us set it up being a cooked at open for 5 years it just doesn't make sense
For one I've been a cook for Chili's for five years with the company dedicated I know the whole line and I only make $15 an hour and we just hired a dishwasher with no experience for $14 an hour
