I worked there 7.5 years. Never received a bonus did use to receive anniversary gifts until 4 years ago. Because of my crazy home life I could only work certain times and days so that kept me from getting any kind of employee benefits. When trying to get my schedule fixed I was ignored. Let go

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Corprate needs to check in more with the team members. They need to be valued more
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's was 7 years ago back them the managment was all about being the best store. There energy and drive was amazing
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need a GM shake up. The gm is so comfortable that he does not care anymore. It's just a pay check to him now
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing. They will let you struggle and have a break down before helping. The gm always runs off the good managers the store I worked doe use to be top in its area
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Never could get a pay raise. Busted my but multiply times when short handed gave 7.5 years to the company to only be ignored when needing to fix my schedule due to child care. Didn't even bother trying to fix it.
