Ultimately I love working for Chipotle, and if allow to grow with the company I would like to retire here. It would be great if there was a vision in the facilities department for growth and development and career advancement. Right now in order to advance in you need to know someone.

Meeting the news of the restaurant teams and my hopes our customers have a great experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a member of facilities I'm not paid for all the things that I have to do I consistently go above and beyond and help out in other areas that I shouldn't but I just want to make sure I am doing my part. In order to make a good salary I have to work astronomical amounts of overtime.
