I love Chipotle. My experience with the company is 100% positive. Directors need management training and we need to hire for better people/coaching skills. My director creates an environment of fear/low trust. Coaching with out demeaning, demoralizing, or dehumanizing is important to retention.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love the company, the values and executive leadership, VP and above. I am not satisfied with the quality of leadership at lower levels, I feel there is a need for modern leadership training that focuses on diversity, inclusion and respecting skills Chipotle hires for.

The closeness I have with my team.

I appreciate the bonus as an added incentive.

My direct team environment is what i enjoy the most.
