What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very involved with all aspects of our Company initiatives. There interest energizes us, know the programs we are working on our important to our Company leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Each team member has a vast knowledge in their field and this allows the entire team to vet our issues or concerns and we get feedback from each perspective of the issue: design related, construction related, cost analysis, how to maintain the initiative going forward.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all strive to make things better for our guest and crew members with our initiative roll-outs. Do the right thing sometimes breaking the mold and going outside your comfort level. We are challenged every day to reduce investment and create a great guest experience, we love the challenge!
