What is the best part about your compensation package?

Relatively new so I don't know all we offer.

In our current world it is good to know leadership is future thinking.

What makes you most happy at work?

I feel like I am in charge of my own time for the most part and I enjoy that.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I've really enjoyed how the team comes together when things need to be done. There is no finger pointing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I love the flexibility and autonomy. Being 50/50 and working from a schedule I feel like I can somewhat live while working.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Managing, scheduling, treatment of their employees, get rid of bias etc etc
