We work together towards a purpose. Our work team is very professional and has less "drama" than I have experienced at other employers. We value diversity and dissenting points of view.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay policy for lateral moves or promotions slightly favors outside talent over internal candidates. Compensation is good and benefits are great! Historical, cultural, and operational knowledge of the company has value beyond a cost of labor analysis.
