How connected we are. I think we all show a great appreciation for each other and the work we all put in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to see my team be authentic with one another. Its an amazing feelinh to see real people serving real food.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think having a clear base pay amoung all managers. It feels like were all competing to get paid more even though were all exectuting the same job.
