I'm just tired of being blamed for everything.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too chaotic. Too stressful. No desire to be abused.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing. No one seems to care about anything. No one values cleanliness. Everyone is always in a panic.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I have been told I don't get breaks and to eat before my shift. It is too chaotic and I get blamed for everything. I've never been so abused.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not getting paid enough to deal with all the extra BS I deal with on a daily basis. It is truly dreadful and I loathe coming to work knowing I'm going to have to deal with angry customers all night.
