Not being able to move up the ladder is totally a kill for any job, overall depending on the manager thru coaching and developing it make the team amazing
What are some of the best things about your team?
Crew/Manager be understanding and putting in the work to demonstrate leadership and teamwork, this make the team very good and we each are developing and coaching each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
I personally like to learn about new thing and coach people even as a manger thing never changes. Overall inspiring the newer generation is something I can do and see how it progress inside at work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One thing I do like about this company it doesn't matter what your background everyone and everybody should be accepted. It definitely shows the culture of food here and the learning style is something I don't see often
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My current manager does everything to retain us as employee and coach us to develop. We work as a team, making the job bearable, he show an outstanding amount of leadership out GM and we all individual weather be crew/manager.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued due to the fact of exploitation where many people want to move up and been doing the job needed but aren't appreciated for their efforts. Our year's and experience don't matter because everyone wage are brought to equal standing and some who do put the effort get very little.
