Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase company's "minimum wage" for all hourly employees, and increase salaries for AP / GM.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Reflect nearly all of Chipotle's original 13 values, easygoing conversations, great spirit (optimism), hard-working, but most importantly eager learners (constant learners)

The executive leadership team seems to communicate across several internal channels (email, newsletter, town halls, "chip chats" , etc) to effectively communicate across company goals and processes.
