What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
So much is going wrong i cant fit it in here but im closing two to three postions a night and just killing myself for a job that the cooperate could care less about
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I would like to say my gm is an amazing gm and does the best she can to take care of her team and you really see her hard work. But as a manager i think the cooperate could do alot more to help us who run the store. I myself am killing myself along my crew and cooperate does nothing to help.
