Executive team members need to care more about the crew and the restaurant level of this organization more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its amazing that chipotle has increased the pay its entry level crew position but the same was not granted to the management positions the gap between crew and manager pay is ever shrinking.
