Making at least the area average might be a good start. 4% match on the 401k is weak as hell and that's the best benefit there is
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay is bottom of the barrel for a company that prides itself on being a higher quality/tier of fast food. Why are taco bell workers making $15+. Benefits are pathetic. Corporate could not be more disconnected, constant hounding on labor and costs and whatnot is never ending.
