Rushed and not to standard that Chipotle sets. The area I'm in has supposedly never operated at that high standard, so I have no point of reference to base success off of.

Having a solid, fully staffed team for the day is greatest thing ever.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Despite the company belief of we pay well, for certain positions, I believe the industry pays typically better. I have a hard time acquiring experienced staff because many times they get better compensation at other locations. Grill and prep cooks should be paid higher over hospitality.
