The people around us are positive and contribute to the atmosphere and help create our positive culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The amount of effort they put to try and make our lives easier, but too many materials can be overwhelming with our limited time in our day to day responsibilities
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many restaurants do what we can to help our neighboring stores but are always just compensated for our single store. And reimage the 'competitive pay' to a accurate competitive pay to our local areas
