I've been at chipotle for 7 years and seen many changes. Sometimes it feels like the restaurant experience is thought about last when it comes to implementing change. Not every store is the same and it would be nice to feel recognized when change is made

Team members are able to keep a positive attitude even during rough days at work

Connect with restaurant level employees and the needs of the stores rather than putting profit first
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company constantly brings up record sales and stock prices but it is not reflected at the store level
