What do you like best about the leadership team?
The accountability , the attention to detail within the store ,the commitment in which they have to serve excellent food
What makes you most happy at work?
I know that even if its for a little while im going to make someones day . i will be making someone smile by my hardwork and service
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus incentives! i never worked for a company the administered bonuses for our normal day to day hard work and the regular pay isnt that bad either !
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication ! I feel disrespected alot at work . I us3 to voice my opinions and also when I felt like I was talked to disrespectfully I would voice my feelings but when I did that I was told I had to hold my tongue now im just feeling disrespected alot
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The chipotle culture use to be awesome . I loved my job because individuality was embraced , as a company we hired different people with different backgrounds and outlooks on life and thats what made it so diverse and fun . i want that dynamic back and i dont think thats par of our culture anymore
