If current compensation is the same then the average work week needs to be reduced. In hard times our work week can almost double to follow the "standard'. The standard either needs to change or the compensation needs to increase.
Creating a healthy work life balance, a balanced work schedule. 50 hour work weeks at the standard with "busy" weeks exceeding 80 hours is toxic. The compensation gets devalued to where we are earning the same as a minimum wage earner.
My co-workers are non-compliant. Lack communication skills , need a deeper understanding of the business. Since our compensation structure is the same and tenure doesn't affect pay substantially having a constant influx of new managers to babysit because they're unprepared. Give dedicated support.
Emphasis on work-life balance. We have a scheduling software and a solid training system however there is a hidden tax that seems to require us to be available at all hours. How can I engage when I'm here if I never get to mentally leave?
Following the training systems which are not updated or aligned leads to inconsistent feedback. Working on the same thing every day like a treadmill with no progress is excruciating. Giving the same feedback and being told there's no help coming so "figure something out" or "try something different"
