What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture in restaurants is alive and well. Its work but does not mean we can learn and have fun.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team members and peers make me excited. Also our regulars, getting to interact with them makes our job enjoyable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that our pay is not as competitive compared to others. Especially when it comes to managers, KM's and up.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team driven. We care about and are proud of the work we put out. I have worked for another company that refer to us as a "family" and I saw a lot of red flags there. No healthy boundaries compared to Chipotle.
