What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are like a family, the values they instill in us are great, they develop us into better workers and human beings so we can cultivate a better world everywhere not just at Chipotle.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My management wont approve any raises citing they want to promote me but they also refuse to promote or help me get promoted. If my job responsibility reflected my compensation i would feel better.
What makes you most happy at work?
When the whole team shows up ready to work and get the job done, seeing people take initiative and ownership over their work and their areas of the store. Seeing people doing things above the standard. The thing that makes me the happiest however, is EXCELLENT GUEST EXPERIENCE.
