Chipotle is committed to a lot of amazing things. Seeing what it was 8 years ago and what it is now, there's no question that we're on the right track! We are like a family; each of us enjoys learning about each other and working with each other. We grow together, make amazing food together and have fun in the process.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I can influence a group of people to put their best foot and knife forward to create extraordinary food to serve to our community. Nothing beats knowing your community can safely and confidently enjoy coming to your restaurant for the best food ever!
