What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understand and sympathize with GMs that they are reaching goals and achieve great results. GMs also deserve development bonus and incentives. Better pay opportunities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe Chipotle have a very limited amount of opportunities for women who are also moms. Women also wants to have a career with chipotle. There is no opportunity for women who wants to have a career with Chipotle and at the same time have a personal life of being a mom.
