
the company needs to understand the weight of everything that is being put on people in stores shoulders
understanding that the team members in store feel overworked and that avalibilty that is given is what is needed
we all view each other as a team and care about each other and want each individual to be great in life and work
my new gm and field leader are very motivating and a great change from the past leadership i had and make me feel comftorable to work with them
i feel with the amount of work that is being done and the pay does not match people can not being paid 18-20hr to live off of to do what we are asked for without feeling burned out
