Better work life balance. Planned vacation time. Often feel guilty about taking vacation or feel worried.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im not being paid a liveable wage for my area. Under performing managers are paid more.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Support in store. As we know staffing has been a big issue and it would help if they helped with staffing.
