They are consistently allowed to NCNS with no consequences. I love them as people but as employees they lack work ethic which falls back on the rest of the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are other employees who got hired way after me, with less experience, who make about the same as I do even though I have been with the company for many more years. The pay raises (other than the one large one we received about a year ago) are only .25, but the hiring rate has gone up a lot.
