I dont feel like training is taken seriously in the resturants. New hires sometimes are rushed through the process due to labor issues and training for promotions does not happen regularly.

The team in general have great attitudes and bring positivity to the environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the pay for my position alone is fair, but I also am doing more than just my top 5 within the resturant. I feel undervalued because there isnt support within the resturant to hold others accountable for their top 5.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Staffing issues have made it incredibly tough to follow through with the expectations of the company. While I see, understand, and respect the expectations of the restaurant operation, it is impossible to complete everything as expected. We need more opportunities to train effectively and more labor
