Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We got one measly raise each year that doesn't compete with the cost of living increases we experience annually. We work countless hours beyond the "50 hour work week" while our "leaders" preach about work life balance from the comfort of their homes. We're told we can run entire shifts w/ 2 people
