Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not competitive enough. Underpaid for job we are required to do.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need someone like monty back. Someone who's focus is the employees/people
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact that they pulled chipotle out of dark times when the company could have gone under.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not sure about the company as a whole, but as a store, we show up for eachother, and deal with rough circumstances for eachother.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like pay could be a little more competative. I feel every promotion should come with a raise. To include (R). Going from GM to (R) isnt full of the perks it used to have when i first started woth the company.
