What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my employees happy while working and taking pride in keeping the store clean and our food safe and delicious.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am very thankful to have a boss that is hands on and present in his stores each week. I am challenged by my boss, but in a positive way that motivates me each day to be better than the day before.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to bonus is great and I'm very thankful for that. Having aftordable insurance is important because I didn't have insurance throughout my childhood. The retirement plans are great and the app Chipotle uses makes it very accessible and easy to keep tabs on!
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of our values is "authenticity lives here," and that couldn't be more true at my store. Everyone I work with is so unique and I love getting to know so many different people. They are genuinely good people and never hesitate to take initiative on tasks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We encourage everyone to be themselves, wholeheartedly. Our food is authentic and so are we. I am building a culture of positivity & teamwork, one in which we all work together towards a common goal. It is a beautiful experience to see a team that's gelling, and creating a great in-store experience!
