Giving all stores attention, Field Leader comes to my store once every two months and team director came opening day and has not returned since.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Instead of helping understaffed stores managers are only told to work more of the hours themselves without additional compensation or recognition or help to solve the issue. As a store without an apprentice I have to do all paper work, hiring, training on my own which hard in itself.
