
My experience at Chipotle was initally great and I loved my job. I loved coming to work, being friends with coworkers, and the positive/supportive environment. However, our store got a new GM who creates a negative environment by treating employees and the Field Leader has not addressed our concerns
They can get better at Communciation, leadership
change of their attitude and work ethic
Hard working, dedicated, teamwork, driven
Management issues, basicaly higher up
I like that everyone works together as a team
Tuition reimbursement, although I wish the hours worked per week did not increase
Working with crew members I have good relationships with and cooking great food for our customers
The crew memebers make the culture and enviroment good and makes younwant to come to worm
The management team, excluding the GM, get along very well and we work together as a team. Crew members are amazing support
To be paid fairly with all the rest of the AP's in the patch exspeically since our store makes more sales than most
Our GM does not seem to care about employees, appreciate their opinions, or respond to constructive criticism. He does not communicate, does not help the shift when he is scheduled, and yells at employees in front of customers. This unprofessional behavior has not changed despite it being addressed.
