Good community within the store but lack of appreciation from company leaders is apparent

Crew members need better paid and company leaders need to consider whether certain stores are properly staffed and when they are safe to work at during certain conditions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of effort put into this store in Philadelphia outweighs the pay my position receives, especially when other much less busy stores get paid more. There is also very little benefits for being loyal to the store, and I receive less pay then new employees despite working for over a year here.
