I really do love it here. it is a great oppurtunity and a great loction for a college campus. Not getting paid enough to pay for college as well as bills though.

always trying to make it the best time even when it is the worst

some of the bedt things would be the teamwork we all have and there is no feud that is delt with at work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that we should be paid more. Especially with the big rushes we get. The benfits and perks are alright but could be a lot better.
