I love the company. Ive been here a long long time. I love what chipotle stands for but i do not like that i am treated less because of who i am. I have no clear way to move up because there is so much favoritism. I wish it was more fair. And you dont offer fertility treatments for women

My problem is my development. There is no plan from my leaders. Seems like the enviroment is verg "clicky" or a lot of favoritism
