I love that we are trying to make thr world a better place by doing thr right thing as far as our planet goes but the way they treat their managers and teams are the worst ive seen. To max out bonuses is near impossible. The leadership team wants you to revolve your entire life around chipotle.

They care about each other, they are funny and fun
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its hard to say because the culture from our leadership is corrupt, they are not honest, they dont treat their GMs the same they hsve favorites.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We pay low wages for the work that we are expected to do in the little amount of time that we are given. The company reports record profits while raising prices but gives pennies to their employees for raises
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not paid enough to be expected to be on call for anything even on vacation, if we can even take a vacation where our staffing levels are as a compqny. Our vacation doesnt rollover if we cant take vacation. Stop advertising false compensation packages that are unachievable without being perfec
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating their general managers like human beings. Be open to ideas from their teams. Be open to countering job offers from their good employees. Have field leaders and TDs be respectful ot teams times instead of being late or scheduling things last minute and getting mad at the teams if they cant
