What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I hate upper management at thjs company and the culture that they bring. It rewards gross overwork to make what isn't even a living wage, and thats downright toxic
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I have never wanted to kill myself more than i do while working this job. Corporate clearly does not see us as people because if they did they wouldn't expect double the workload with half the people at an impossible pace.
