I have never felt more used and less human than i have when working here. I am nothing but a robot expected to put out results that are impossible with a crew thats impossible to work with
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Store needs to be shut down and the entire store needs to be informed on chipotle policies and completely retrained on everything
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Theyre nasty and consistently try to cause drama. Dont make an effort to work with other people or communicate. Only care about their own needs
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about other people other than themselves. Upper management doesnt care, and it feels like ill be fired for being human and either calling out sick or needing days off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I regularly put in more than 40 hours every week, but i am ignored and expected to run the shift and store for other people while they get to stand around and talk and have an amazing time
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There isnt anything positive. Theres at least one person every shift that doesnt work well with someone else and it causes ossues. Only time there is a good hour in yhe store is the hour im alone in the mornings
