Get better chipotle! This is ridiculous. Ive put in my two weeks just this morning after almost 3 years as a manager.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually seening whats going on at the stores they so call praise. People are expected to do the work of 3 by themselves. Its a good job in theory if everyone does what they are suppose to do but this is a younger/teens demographic and older adults who do care but not enough unless they promote.
