I had a group interview, it was pretty comfortable. Two managers made everyone feel welcome

The people, the crew is always helping each other. Makes the work day easier being surrounded by great people
What makes you most happy at work?
My crew, and some of the customers are usually regulars, the regulars that talk to us, and ask how were doing is a big plus
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people is what keeps me at the company. Whichever store that I work at, it is like a family and the crew automatically takes you in with open arms
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
What needs to get better is corporate. Chipotle preaches "keep it simple". Yet within the years the company has been changing and not for the better. Every week it's something new and then the week after that, it's back to the way things were.
