For the amount of intense, difficult work the employees do, we should get at least a little more. Especially newer employees

Overall the management is very helpful, professional, and competent. Though at times, they can add unnecessary stress to the work environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There’s slip ups here and there, especially during super busy and stressful work hours. But for the most part, everyone is just super nice and pleasant to be around and hard working.
