I used to really enjoy working at Chipotle, but upper management made poor decisions when it came to hiring general managers to run the restaurants. The specific store I work at has had four general managers, each worse than the one before.

The team members all have positive attitudes and we all work together to accomplish what we need to.

I am making a decent wage and benefits are available to me, even though I do not use them.

My team has always felt like a family. We communicate well, and are able to get along and make each other laugh while also getting our jobs done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The hiring manager at the time made an effort to get to know me as a person as well as a potential employee. He also had his current employees sit down with me as well, allowing his team to have a say about who will be joining their team.
